Using PalettePilot
You may use PalettePilot to develop, assess and present colour systems. You are responsible for your account, the material you upload and ensuring you have the right to use and share it. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.
Colour information
Screen values, contrast calculations, colour names, CMYK approximations and AI-assisted outputs are working references. They are not guarantees of physical print, paint, textile or material appearance. Verify production colours with the relevant supplier and calibrated proofs.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give PalettePilot the limited permission needed to store, process, display and export it on your instructions. Professional links may be accessed by anyone who receives the address and any associated password.
Availability and liability
We may change or suspend features to maintain security and reliability. To the extent permitted by law, PalettePilot is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
