What we collect
PalettePilot collects the account details you provide, saved palettes and project records, presentation identities, share settings, billing status and limited security and usage information needed to operate the service. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by PalettePilot.
Reference images
Reference images are stored privately when you add them to a project board. They are included in a professional share only when you explicitly enable that option. Images may be processed to validate their format, remove embedded metadata and create safe web previews.
How information is used
We use information to provide accounts, saves, projects, exports, controlled sharing, billing, fraud prevention and support. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and location
PalettePilot uses service providers including Supabase, Cloudflare, Stripe and OpenAI. Processing may occur outside Australia under those providers’ contractual and security controls.
Retention and control
You can remove project content, links and reference boards within the product. You may request access, correction or deletion of account information by contacting hello@rypeagency.com. Legal, security or transaction records may be retained where required.
Security and contact
We use access controls, encrypted transport and private storage controls appropriate to a web application. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Privacy enquiries can be sent to hello@rypeagency.com.
