Billing and renewal
PalettePilot+ is billed in advance at the interval and price shown at checkout. Unless cancelled, it renews automatically using your saved payment method. Taxes may apply.
Cancellation
You can manage or cancel through Billing. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period, and access continues until then. Existing Plus records remain available read-only after access ends.
Failed payments
We may retry a failed payment and temporarily restrict paid features. Privacy controls remain available. You can update payment details through the secure billing portal.
Refunds and consumer rights
Except where required by law, payments are not refundable for unused time. This does not exclude remedies or guarantees available under the Australian Consumer Law.
